Michaels Stores in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, uphold brand standards, and drive key sales and service KPIs. You will coach the team, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, optimize POS and omni-channel fulfillment, and promote the Loyalty Rewards Program while maintaining a high-energy store.

This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, ability to work nights and weekends, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end operations and customer experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end and service operations to meet selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach team to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and adoption of protection plans.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery operations.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink and ensure safety.
