Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager at our Plymouth store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end, service, and operations.

You will coach team members, ensure adherence to SOPs, manage POS systems, and oversee in-store programs like Loyalty and MCC/Extend services, with nights, weekends, and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS systems, and self-checkout efficiency.
• Support SOP adherence, policy execution, and asset protection practices.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
