Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs, policies, and store standards.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure smooth store operations.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Lead events and in-store programs including Balloons, Loyalty, and Knit & Sew Shop.
• Train and develop team members and uphold Asset Protection practices.
