• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs and events such as Balloons, birthday parties, and loyalty enrollment.
• Champion protection plans and Extend services to customers.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination in select venues.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
