Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations while upholding SOPs and brand standards.
• Strong coaching and customer experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience to drive sales and KPI achievement.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Coach and train team members through onboarding and ongoing skills development.
• Promote loyalty, protection plans, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Delivery).
• Support framing, birthday party operations, and in-store programs.
