• Provide MOD coverage and lead floor operations.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and transactions.
• Manage in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Oversee BOPIS and Same Day Delivery operations.
• Support Custom Framing consultations and coordination with frame shop.
• Train and develop team members; support asset protection.
