Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations and drive KPIs.
• Strong coaching and customer-focused leadership.
• Experience maintaining brand standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture and customer experience across the store.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS, and self-checkout.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and store leadership.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty program and protection plans.
• Coach and develop store team via onboarding and ongoing training.
