Michaels in Pitt-Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales across front-end, service, and store operations while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will coach teammates, manage MOD coverage, oversee POS/Self-Checkout, and promote loyalty programs, ensuring SOPs and brand standards are followed. This role also supports omni-channel fulfillment and in-store events.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Experience with customer-focused coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive selling culture to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Oversee front-end and service operations; ensure SOPs and policies.
• Coach staff on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (e.g., balloons, parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and drive retention.
• Drive protection plans adoption and Extend services.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences.
• Oversee BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for omni-channel service.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train, coach, and develop team; onboarding.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
