Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the North Miami, FL store to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive selling behaviors, store operations, and KPI attainment across front-end services, POS, and omnichannel fulfillment.

You will coach team members, manage MOD coverage, promote loyalty programs, and oversee specialty areas like the Knit & Sew Shop. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS and omni-channel sales processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to meet store KPIs.
• Coach staff on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Oversee specialty areas (Knit & Sew Shop, framing ops in volume shops).
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction.
