Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Florida to lead front-end and service operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach teams, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards while delivering strong omni-channel service across POS, Self-Checkout, and delivery programs. Responsibilities include SOP compliance, staff development, and implementation of loyalty and protection offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni‑channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
• Support asset protection to reduce shrink.
