• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors meet brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members for strong customer experiences and KPI results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership during shifts.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote loyalty programs and drive customer retention through engagement.
