Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to meet KPIs and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and on-going training.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout, driving smooth transactions.
• Support omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and partner in driving customer retention.
