The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Sales Manager for the CLE-AMHERST, OH location to lead front-end and service operations. You will coach teams, drive selling behaviors, and ensure brand standards while managing daily store performance and customer experience.

You will support MOD coverage, optimize POS and Self-Checkout usage, and oversee in-store programs such as Loyalty, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and event activities. Excellent people leadership is essential.

• Ability to manage front-end and service operations.
