Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the CIN-KENWOOD, OH store. You will lead front-end and service operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure excellent customer experiences while driving sales and loyalty program adoption. The role includes MOD coverage and omni-channel execution.

Responsibilities cover SOP adherence, policy execution, asset protection, and successful management of in-store programs like Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and BOPIS/Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support smooth transactions.
