Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (balloons, loyalty, protection plans) and events.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in knit & sew Shop and other departments.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery operations for timely order fulfillment.
