You will supervise front-end and service operations, drive loyalty program adoption, and manage Store Manager on-Duty coverage. The role emphasizes omni-channel service, protection plans, and strong adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, and hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee front-end, POS, and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Lead store programs such as loyalty rewards enrollment and protection plans adoption.
• Drive omni-channel service and order fulfillment accuracy including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support department operations like Knit & Sew Shop, framing where applicable, and artful selling experiences.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
