The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Auburn, ME area. You will lead a high-performing team, drive customer-centric selling, and ensure SOPs, brand standards, and operational excellence across front-end and service areas.

You will coach staff, oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage, and champion loyalty programs, strategy, and in-store events to boost sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to achieve KPIs and customer experience.
• Ability to manage front-end and service operations in a store.

Responsabilités

• Lead and model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOP compliance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service levels.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and multi-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
