Michaels Toledo North, OH is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive strong sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience. This role oversees front-end and service operations, coaching the team to meet brand standards and KPIs.

You will cover MOD shifts, support omni-channel services including BOPIS, and drive loyalty program adoption while ensuring policy compliance and efficient day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, driving store results.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protect plans offerings.
• Support Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences.
• Train team on onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Maintain Asset Protection and reduce shrink.
