Job summary

You will oversee front-end and service operations, manage POS and Self-Checkout, support omni-channel fulfillment, and mentor team members through onboarding and skill-building.

This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, night/weekend shifts, and a commitment to loss prevention and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to meet SOPs and brand standards.
• Coach team members to deliver customer-focused selling behaviors and drive KPI performance.
• Manage POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment to ensure smooth transactions.
• Oversee store programs (Loyalty, Protection plans, events) and maintain asset protection practices.
