Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations with a focus on selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team to achieve sales and service KPIs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and smooth transactions.
• Support BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and omni-channel customer service initiatives.
