The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager at the Mesa area store to drive a high-performing selling culture, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will lead front-end and service operations, coach staff, and ensure SOPs and brand standards are consistently applied to deliver strong KPIs.

You will manage POS/Self-Checkout usage, oversee events and in-store programs, and partner with store leadership to execute omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support in-store programs (Loyalty, MCC/Extend protections) and department leadership.
