• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results and customer experience with coaching and training.

• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Support omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards program and protection plan offerings.
• Coach and develop team members across departments and optimize assets.
