Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to ensure smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Drive omni-channel support including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
