Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and customer experience.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure POS accuracy, Self-Checkout usage, and smooth omni-channel service (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Drive sales and service KPIs by modeling and coaching best-in-class customer interactions.
• Oversee store programs (Loyalty, protection plans) and in-store events.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Company policies; uphold asset protection practices.
