Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to drive customer experience and sales.
• Coach and develop staff through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure SOP compliance and implement company programs across the store.
• Manage POS and Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS / delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plan offerings to customers.
• Oversee events and programs (Balloons, birthday parties, etc.).
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction.
