• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Lead store programs (Balloons, loyalty, MCC/Extend services).
• Drive omni-channel execution (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team members across departments.
