The Michaels Store in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales culture and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee front-end operations, coaching teams to follow SOPs and brand standards while achieving key KPIs through effective leadership and daily execution.

Responsibilities include coaching best-in-class customer service, managing POS systems, and driving omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties) and events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Drive protection plans and Extend services awareness and adoption.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations with oversight and expertise.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution for omni-channel service.
• Support Custom Framing operations with consultations and coordination.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection to reduce shrink through compliance and safe operations.
