Job summary

Michaels in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, overseeing front-end and service operations, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.

You will coach team members, drive KPIs, and manage POS and Self-Checkout systems, while supporting Loyalty Rewards, MCC/Extend services, and omni-channel offerings such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching front-end and service operations.
• Ability to drive customer-focused selling behaviors and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and store standards.
• Coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, loyalty, MCC/Extend services, and knit & sew shop.
