Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Little Rock, AR to lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.

You will drive sales results, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while executing brand standards and operational expectations. You will oversee front-end operations, POS systems, and omni-channel services, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while promoting protection plans, events, and Loyalty Programs to boost customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors, driving conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations, ensuring smooth transactions and support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
