Michaels in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and push selling behaviors that improve conversions and store KPIs.

You will manage MOD coverage, ensure accurate POS and Self-Checkout usage, oversee events like Balloons and Knit & Sew Shop activities, promote Loyalty Rewards, and coordinate omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) with strong asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards, drive store results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events like Balloons, birthday parties and in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and customer retention initiatives.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery with strong execution.
