Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Texarkana, TX to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure brand standards, SOP adherence, and daily execution of selling behaviors.

You will coach and develop teammates, provide MOD coverage, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and support omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to follow SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Coach selling behaviors to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee front-of-store operations and POS usage for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and loyalty program adoption.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop) and special promotions.
• Train and develop staff through onboarding and ongoing practice.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
