You will manage front-end operations, coach the team, and ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and operational expectations. Responsibilities include coaching on customer experience, supporting MOD coverage, optimizing POS usage, and driving omni-channel services such as BOPIS and same-day

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and KPI achievement.
• Coach and develop team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
