• Oversee front-end and service operations and ensure selling behaviors and brand standards are followed.
• Coach team members to improve customer experience and KPIs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support customer transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery where applicable.
• Support loyalty programs and in-store events to drive retention and visits.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
