Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader to drive customer-focused sales in-store and online, modeling excellent customer interactions and leading by example. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to execute business plans, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards across all store responsibilities.

You will foster a culture of selling excellence, ensure POS and inventory accuracy, and support profit growth while maintaining a high level of rapport with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service preferred.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Energetic, people and results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Leads and supports a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing selling behaviors.
• Understanding role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads customer cues and responds to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment.
• Act as brand ambassador, respectful and professional with customers and coworkers.
• Leads by example and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities such as opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing and maintains organized stockroom and inventory accuracy.
