You will lead in-store and online selling, model customer behaviors, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to execute business plans. You will guide the team, ensure policy adherence, and be a brand ambassador at all times.

This role emphasizes strong product knowledge, presentation skills, and a proactive approach to customer and team interactions to maximize sales and store profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer selling experience required.
• Energetic, people and results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver license required.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to operate a POS system and manage inventory with accuracy.
