Promotes a customer-obsessed culture focusing on greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on and thanking customers.
Contributes to understanding sales growth and store profitability.
Reads cues and responds to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to build baskets.
Represents the brand professionally and supports company policies.
Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities (opening/closing, supervision).
Assists with freight processing, stockroom organization, merchandising directives, pricing and inventory accuracy.
