Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader to drive in-store and online selling with a customer-obsessed approach. You will model excellent service, guide the team, and execute store plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff on loyalty, promotions, and merchandise presentation; ensuring accurate stock, and upholding brand standards. Weekend/evening availability preferred to support peak times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in both the in store and online shopping experience.
• Leads and supports a customer obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors.
• Understanding your role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads cues and responds to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to build baskets.
• Acts as brand ambassador and upholds company policies and procedures.
• Executes MOD responsibilities: opening/closing, supervision, etc.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization and merchandise presentation.

• Performs additional duties as needed.
