Job summary

The Brand House Collective seeks a Sales Leader to drive customer-obsessed selling with strong product knowledge and presentation skills. This role collaborates with the Store Manager to execute store business plans and deliver an exceptional in-store and online shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has prior retail management experience, outstanding communication, and a proven ability to lead by example while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising directives.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred and customer service oriented.
• Strong communication skills and selling to customers are required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in in-store and online experiences
• Fosters a customer-obsessed culture with greetings, re-engagements and upsells
• Understanding role in sales growth and store profitability
• Reads customer cues to create an exceptional in-store experience
• Educates customers on loyalty, promotions and merchandise
• Represents the brand as a courteous, professional ambassador
• Leads by example and enforces company policies
• Executes MOD duties including opening/closing and supervision
• Manages freight, stockroom, and merchandising presentation

• Performs other duties as needed
