Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader to drive in-store and online selling while coaching a high-performing team. You will model exceptional customer service, maintain brand standards, and support store profitability with strong product knowledge and presentation.

You will lead by example, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with company policies, while delivering a friendly and engaging customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred, minimum 1 year.
• Strong communication and customer selling skills required.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stock merchandise.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support in-store and online selling efforts.
• Coach team to greet, re-engage, educate, add on and thank customers.
• Ensure alignment with store business plans and policies.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and team supervision as MOD.
• Maintain organized stockroom and merchandise presentation.
• Handle cash and protect company funds accordingly.
