Job summary

This role requires rapport-building with customers and team members to support store profitability. Responsibilities include leading selling efforts, educating customers on promotions and loyalty programs, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communication and customer selling experience is required.
• Energetic, results oriented, competitive with drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to handle funds securely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support selling in-store and online experiences.
• Cultivate a customer-obsessed culture focused on greeting, re-engagement, education, and thanks.
• Understand role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Read cues to create exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educate customers on loyalty, promotions, and merchandise assortment.
• Act as brand ambassador while upholding company policies.
• Execute MOD responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures and supervision.
• Assist in freight, stockroom organization, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
