Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who will model strong selling behaviors and deliver an exceptional customer experience by sharing knowledge with the team.

You will mentor CSAs, lead the store to hit sales goals, and collaborate across store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will oversee merchandising, replenishment, and campaign execution, while directing daily processes such as receiving and returns.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, replenishment and store presentation standards.
• Proven ability to train and develop customer service associates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with store staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences that entice customers to return.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during MOD periods and daily operations.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and secure asset protection.
• Direct receiving, returns and other day-to-day processes to drive efficiency.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Leverage campaigns and promotions to engage customers and boost sales.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and foster a collaborative environment.
