Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences with friendly, informed service.
• Lead Visual Merchandising & replenishment standards to keep the store neat and inviting.
• Leverage campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
• Develop employees by sharing knowledge and coaching CSAs.
• Direct store operations including receiving, returns and day-to-day processes.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and provide feedback.
• Lead during MOD segments to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Open and close the building ensuring safety for staff and customers.
