Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent selling behaviors and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will mentor customer service associates, support store operations, and lead team efforts to achieve sales goals and maintain an attractive store presentation.

You will drive sales through strong product knowledge, effective teamwork, and leadership during MOD periods, while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient daily operations across the store.

Qualifications

• Understand and deliver excellent standards of service.
• Grow knowledge of product/market and current trends.
• Solid operational knowledge to run the store.
• Proven experience training employees.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences that invite customers to return.
• Lead Visual Merchandising and replenishment to maintain an inviting store.
• Leverage campaigns and services to actively sell and engage customers.
• Develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their growth.
• Direct day-to-day store operations including receiving and returns.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in store processes.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and provide feedback.
