Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding selling behaviors and deliver an exceptional customer experience by sharing knowledge with the team and customers.

You will mentor customer service associates, drive sales through campaigns and services, oversee Visual Merchandising and replenishment, and ensure smooth operations from receiving to payroll handling, while maintaining safety and compliance.
