Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional selling behaviors and mentor the store team. You will drive sales, ensure a superior customer experience, and lead visual merchandising to keep the store inviting and organized.

You will work collaboratively within the store to meet performance targets while supervising daily operations. You will mentor CSAs, manage campaigns, and ensure safety and compliance with store standards.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences with consistent, friendly, and informed service.
• Lead visual merchandising and replenishment to maintain a neat, inviting store.
• Leverage campaigns to actively sell and engage customers.
• Develop and mentor customer service associates to grow their expertise.
• Direct day-to-day store operations including receiving, returns, shrink, and expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and share with the team.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead during MOD segments to drive sales and target performance.
