Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to model great selling behaviors and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor customer service associates, lead the store team, and collaborate to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

You will drive merchandising, greet customers, share product knowledge, and support campaigns and store initiatives to ensure a vibrant, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience training employees.
• Solid operational knowledge to run the store.
• Understand and deliver excellent standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences with friendly, informed service.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment to maintain a neat, inviting store.
• Mentor CSAs and support store team to meet sales goals and store targets.
• Direct work during MOD periods and manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving and returns.
