Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to model strong selling behaviors, mentor CSAs, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead store operations, merchandising, and campaigns to meet sales goals while fostering a vibrant, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and hands-on supervision of daily store activities to ensure customers return and shop again.

Qualifications

Understand and deliver excellent standards of service.
Continue to grow knowledge of product/market and the current cultural trends.
Solid operational knowledge to run the store.
Proven experience training employees.
Solid decision-making skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Create memorable shopping experiences encouraging repeat visits.
Lead merchandising and replenishment to maintain neat and inviting presentation.
Engage with customers about campaigns and services to drive sales.
Develop employees by mentoring CSAs and sharing knowledge.
Oversee store operations including receiving, returns and day-to-day processes.
Identify opportunities for store-wide improvements and share with the team.
Communicate effectively with the store team.
Deliver sales during MOD segments and lead during those periods.
Open and close the store ensuring safety and asset protection.
