The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the CIN-KENWOOD, OH store.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, champion customer experience, and ensure strong selling and service execution across front-end and service operations. You will coach staff to meet sales and service KPIs, oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy, and drive omni-channel efforts including BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and Loyalty Programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong focus on customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and POS/self-checkout usage.
• Drive Store KPIs through coaching and day-to-day execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and Protection plans; drive cross-sell in Knit & Sew Shop.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
