• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviours.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Drive asset protection and reduce shrink.
