Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service for our customers. You will supervise team members, assist with training, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will report to the store management team and contribute to KPIs, product knowledge, and a high-quality customer experience across the store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in growing our brand and store operations.
• Lead service team, merchandising, and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Supervise team members and support training/development in product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to alcohol sales; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere and resolve customer issues.
